A failed attempt at fandom contribution

I signed up for the D/C Secret Santa exchange. What made me do that I don’t quite know. I can’t write. I’ve developed a phobia of livejournal so that I can’t even log in. It’s pretty pathetic.

But I did TRY, okay. I don’t want anyone to think that I didn’t try. It’s just that, as I wrote this story I started thinking about livejournal, and how much I didn’t want to be there. And the fic…well. It’s not really appropriate for a D/C exchange, much less a Christmas exchange. :P I’m posting it here anyway. Just to prove that I tried. And to give it as an early Christmas present to the person who inspired it! I hope your pinch-hitter is fabulous and less neurotic and knows how to write porn! I’m sorry to the moderators of the exchange. I’m sorry to whoever wrote a fic for me. This offering doesn’t really make up for my suckage - I didn’t get it beta read as per usual and it’s been a looooong time since I’ve written anything - but here it is all the same.

"You And Me On A Cardboard Sea" - ~5k words, adult, author chooses not to warn, spoilers for season seven generally
